Our Mentoring Program

- We’ll mentor you through your first 5 deals at a 50/50 split of net commissions.

- 80/20 Split: For ongoing business, you keep 80% of net commissions, and we retain 20%.
- Referral Deals: For referred clients where you do the work, you receive 70% of net commissions, and we retain 30%.
- Collaborative Deals: For opportunities where both parties invest significant time, we split commissions 50/50.
- Ancillary Services: For deals where we do all the work, you receive 25% of net commissions, ensuring equitable returns for all efforts.
